The college is dedicated to providing a learning environment that prepares students for the practice of pharmacy as competent, caring, ethical professionals dedicated to the provision of optimal pharmaceutical care through a balanced program of education, research, service, and patient care.
The Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy is currently developing affiliations with regional programs and community organizations to conduct pharmacy practice experiences. Research efforts also have been initiated by faculty and students in its first year, and potential research centers are in development.
